Take ownership of our accounts payable activities and the team responsible for ensuring that all suppliers are paid in accordance with trading terms and company policies while finding process improvements and efficiencies.

You’ll bring your expertise in leading a high-volume Accounts Payable function in a large complex organisation, to mentor and develop our accounts payable officers across multiple geographies.

Reporting to the Shared Services Manager, you will:

  • Ensure supplier accounts are paid accurately and on time
  • Maintain strong relationships with key vendors
  • Support and act as an escalation point for issue resolution
  • Ensure accurate and timely supplier reconciliation
  • Provide hands-on support to the Accounts Payable team
  • Foster a supportive and collaborative team culture
  • Provide training and development
  • Mange system integrations and process improvements across Business Central, Coupa, Kofax, SAP
  • Support projects as required

You will demonstrate:

  • At least 2 years’ experience managing high volume accounts function with remote teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • High level of initiative with ability to work to tight deadlines in a pressured environment
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Business Central, Coupa, Kofax, and SAP
