The Role:

As the CFO, you will be a key member of the senior management team, reporting to the CEO and partnering closely with senior leaders to provide strategic financial guidance, data-driven insights, and commercial support. You will oversee Finance, IT, and Payroll functions, ensuring robust financial controls, compliance, and integration across systems and processes.


What You’ll Do:
✅ Developing and executing financial plans, forecasting, analysis, and reporting to drive profitability and informed decision-making.
✅ Leading Payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless integration with HR and Finance systems.
✅ Providing financial modelling, pricing strategies, and commercial support for tenders, contract negotiations, and business development initiatives.
✅ Formulating and implementing an IT strategy that enables improved performance, productivity, and scalability through innovative digital solutions.
✅ Building and mentoring high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and leadership development.
✅ Engaging with stakeholders, presenting financial reports, and representing the company with external partners and auditors.


To thrive in this position, you'll need:

📜 Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA qualification
💼 Minimum 8 years’ experience in senior finance leadership roles
🛍️ Background in retail, travel, or consumer goods sectors preferred
💡 Strong commercial acumen and strategic financial planning skills
📊 Expertise in financial modelling, analysis, and compliance
👥 Deep understanding of people-focused operations, including Payroll
🗣️ Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
🧠 Strategic thinker with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
