Seeking an experienced Assistant Cafe Manager to run our afternoon shift from 1:30pm until close in our brand new Espresso Bar opening in partnership with local Brisbane coffee roaster Bellissimo Coffee - at Brisbane Domestic Airport!

This is your chance to free up your mornings and build your career in the afternoon – with either a Saturday or Sunday off in the mix!

This is a fast paced, varied, and hands-on role with a strong focus on customer service and providing quality product. You will be strategically minded, lead by example and understand that each day is unique & will often mean wearing many ‘hats’ to ensure our brand is well presented and our customers’ desires are fulfilled.

We are looking for a leader who will:

• Demonstrate a genuine passion for coffee
• Bring experience supporting a high performing team in a fast paced hospitality setting
• Provide a high standard of customer service
• Be a true brand ambassador & foster a collaborative team environment; encourage a high-performance culture
• Demonstrate sound food safety/compliance knowledge
• Bring excellent organisational and time management skills
• Have strong computer literacy including MS Office Outlook, Teams and Excel

As we're located in a dynamic airport environment, we operate outside typical business hours. We are looking for someone who is reasonably flexible with availability in the late evening.
