Take your Barista career to new heights with a leader in Travel retail. Bring your passion for all things caffeinated in this permanent role in a brand new venue at Brisbane Airport in partnership with Brisbane’s very own Bellissimo Coffee. You’ll work with state-of-the-art equipment in a friendly business geared towards supporting you grow your skillset and career.

We are looking for:

• Experience working in a fast-paced hospitality environment where customer service & quality coffee are an obsession
• Demonstrated ability to handle large volume coffee production without compromise on quality
• A strong understanding of grinder adjustments, dosing & distribution, and brew ratios
• Demonstrated skill in milk texturing and latte art
• A sense of accountability & ownership
• Experience educating, training and supervising staff on coffee programs, systems and procedures
• Sound food safety/compliance knowledge
• Current RSA
• Confident communication style & a professional approach
• Maturity, initiative, & a sense of urgency
