Work with state-of-the-art coffee equipment as our new Barista/Café Team Leader at the brand-new Bellissimo @ Brisbane Domestic Airport!

You will need:

• Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or café setting in a similar role
• Ability to handle large volume quality coffee production
• A strong understanding of grinder adjustments, dosing & distribution, and brew ratios
• Skilled in milk texturing and latte art
• Excellent people skills to mentor our team
• Sound food safety/compliance knowledge
• Current RSA
• Strong work ethic
• Confident communication style & a professional approach
• Maturity, initiative, & a sense of urgency

As we are located in a dynamic airport environment, our stores operate 7 days a week. We are looking for a new Head Barista who is reasonably flexible with availability to be able to provide support to our hospitality operations.
