Lagardère AWPL, a leading operator in the travel retail space, is seeking a passionate and experienced Store Manager to join our dynamic team at Sydney Airport.

Our M.A.C / Jo Malone London store offers a carefully curated range of products from these iconic beauty brands. As the Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving the success of this concept. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate a team of Brand Ambassadors, ensuring effective training, coaching, and development.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Analyse sales data and market trends to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Foster strong relationships with suppliers and business partners to enhance product offerings.
• Ensure exceptional customer service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
• Contribute to the overall success of the store by achieving sales targets and maximising profitability.

To succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record in retail management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, will be highly valued.
