Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the day-to-day management of our vibrant store, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to company standards
- Lead and motivate a team of dedicated and talented individuals, fostering a positive and customer-centric culture
- Contribute to the implementation of effective merchandising strategies, driving sales and enhancing the overall experience for not only our team but for our customers as well

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Proven experience in a management role within the food services industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers alike
- Strong leadership capabilities, with a talent for coaching and developing team members
- Proficiency in inventory management, coupled with a keen eye for detail
- Flexibility to work a part-time job share schedule which will include 3 x shifts per week starting at 1.30m until 10pm on any days you like!

Salay and Benefits:
