We are seeking a passionate and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Flinders Street Rail Station.
Our Relay store is undergoing a complete refurbishment, due for opening early December and we are looking for a new Manager to lead our store. Our new Relay store will offer commuters a fantastic range of convenience items including LOTTO, tobacco products, newspapers, magazines, snacks, drinks and personal items.
As the Store Manager, you will:
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Ensure exceptional customer service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Contribute to the overall success of the store by achieving sales targets and maximising profitability.
To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone with:
- A proven track record in retail management
- Exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
