As our 12-month Fixed Term Full-Time Communications Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping communications strategy for our whole business. Your expertise will be instrumental in fostering a collaborative and engaged workforce, ensuring effective communication across all levels of the organisation as well as promoting LagardereAWPL to external partners and customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing external and internal communications plans that align with our business objectives and values.
  • Crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our diverse partners and workforce, fostering a sense of community and shared purpose.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote company initiatives, events, and achievements to all stakeholders.
  • Maintaining CSR activities and relationships as part of the global PEPS program.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic counsel on communication strategies and best practices.

To thrive in this role, you'll need exceptional written and verbal communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Your strong project management skills and a knack for storytelling will be invaluable assets.

This role is covering a parental leave period and therefore, a thorough and in-depth handover period will ensure the incumbent is set up for success in this role!
