We are looking for an individual with solid management experience gained in a fast-paced hospitality/retail environment to join as a Store Manager for our Tech2Go & LEGO stores at Brisbane Airport!

With a tailored selection of travel-related technology accessories, our Tech2Go store offers travellers a range of headphones, phone accessories, and tech accessories.  Our LEGO store offers an incredible range of exclusive LEGO products - a perfect opportunity for the fun-loving kid at heart!

You will bring your extensive retail management experience to steer the preparations and manage all the aspects of the daily running of the store. You will be strategically minded, lead by example and understand that each day is unique & will often mean wearing many ‘hats’ to ensure our brand is well presented and our customers’ desires are fulfilled.

We’re looking for an experienced leader who will:

  • Demonstrate solid retail operational experience and people management skills
  • Have passion & Knowledge for tech & LEGO products and deep interest in all things tech 
  • Provide a high standard of customer service
  • Lead from the front and ensure all team members are motivated and perform tasks according to standards and procedures
  • Support in the administration of rosters and timecards
  • Be a true brand ambassador & foster a collaborative team environment; encourage a high-performance culture
  • Provide effective training to staff in the areas of customer service, product knowledge, inventory control and merchandising
  • Be proficient in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • Champion maturity, initiative, and a sense of urgency

As we're located in a dynamic airport environment, we operate outside typical business hours. We are looking for someone who is reasonably flexible with availability as trading hours will fall outside normal business hours.
