As our new Assistant Storeroom Manager, you will support the day-to-day management of our Cairns Airport stock movements.

The successful candidate will support the Storeroom Manager with all supply chain activities, ensuring they are accurately performed and documented as per the company procedures and taking all precautions to secure the warehouse against WHS risks, potential stock loss and database errors. This is a hands-on, physical role with some heavy lifting.

 In this busy hands-on role, you will need:

• Previous experience in a warehouse/stock team leading position
• Strong and effective communication skills
• Strong computer literacy skills
• Ability to use initiative with a sense of urgency
• Customer service focused approach to everything you do
