The Role:

As an Area Manager at Sydney Airport, you’ll inspire and support store teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence across multiple locations. These will include a mix of our Relay and LEGO store concepts. If you love a dynamic environment, thrive on developing high-performing teams, and want to be part of something big – this is your runway to success!

What You’ll Do:
✅ Leading a team of approximately 100 people, including up to 5 store managers - company phone, laptop and parking space provided
✅ Coach, mentor & grow your teams to be their best
✅ Manage store operations & performance with accountability including qualitative performance indicators (Average Transaction Value, Units Per Transaction)
✅ Drive sales through strong leadership & goal setting
✅ Build a positive, respectful team culture
✅ Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth daily operations
✅ Ensure all visual and presentation standards are on point

What We’re Looking For:
💼 Previous experience leading retail teams in a fast-paced environment (ideally either as a multi-site manager or large format store)
🗣️ Excellent communication and leadership skills
👔 A polished, professional presence and positive attitude
🚀 Proven ability to inspire, coach and empower team members
⏰ Flexibility to work a rotating roster (early mornings, late nights & weekends)
🪪 Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
