About the role

We are on the lookout for a committed and enthusiastic individual who loves being in service and connecting with people to join our team in a Part-Time Team Leader capacity at Wellington Airport. 

Our Duty Free store provides our customers with luxury goods and we are looking for people that have a genuine interest in helping customers shop for all their travel needs!

To be successful, you will need:

• An ability to engage with our customers and make every transaction magical
• Demonstrated experience in leading a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and exceptional presentation standards
• Commitment and accountability to ensure you and your team are
• To bring your higher self to work and show respect for others through your words and actions
• To be flexible to work a rotating roster across Monday to Sunday which may include early morning and late nights (adjust or amend to suit)
