Our LivEat store offers a range of delicious and tasty products to put a spring in our customers step! We have a range of healthy food options including made to order salads, sandwiches, smoothies, snacks, burrito bowls, wraps and barista made drinks as well as a range of grab and go items.
The Role:
We’re looking for an energetic and committed Full-Time Store Manager to join our team at Sydney Airport. If you love leading from the front, creating outstanding customer experiences, and developing high-performing teams – this is your runway to success.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Be the face of the store – set the standard for service and style
✅ Create meaningful connections with customers – every transaction counts
✅ Experience with rostering, inventory management, wastage, food safety (Kronos, UKG etc)
✅ Manage store operations with accountability and attention to detail
✅ Uphold exceptional presentation and brand standards
✅ Foster a respectful, values-led culture every day
✅ Food Safety Supervisor certificate (or willing to obtain)
What We’re Looking For:
💼 Experience in a similar leadership role in a high-energy retail environment
🗣️ Strong communication and coaching abilities
🎯 Confidence to take initiative and own your role
🖐️ A “hands-on” leader who thrives in a team setting
⏰ Flexibility to work across rotating shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends & public holidays)
🪪 Valid working rights & eligibility to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
