The Role:
We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with a flair for motion and creative storytelling to join our team. From animated digital signage to large-scale retail campaigns, this role is the perfect launchpad for a designer keen to build their portfolio across formats and channels.
Bring ideas to life through animation, design and dynamic storytelling - right across Australia's most iconic retail spaces.
You’ll work closely with our Senior Designer and broader marketing team to create engaging content that moves – literally and figuratively – while also supporting the delivery of high-impact point-of-sale and print assets that appear across airports and retail environments nationwide.
What You’ll Be Doing
✅ Designing across print, digital, and motion – including POS, digital signage, eDMs, and social content
✅ Creating and adapting animated assets using After Effects
✅ Supporting campaign rollouts from concept to final art
✅ Helping evolve and maintain visual systems and templates
✅ Collaborating across teams to deliver cohesive and on-brand creative
✅ Organising files, managing artwork versions, and keeping projects on track
What You Bring
✅ Up to 2 years’ experience in a creative studio or in-house design/marketing team
✅ Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite – especially After Effects, Illustrator, and InDesign
✅ A sharp eye for layout, motion, and storytelling
✅ 3D, illustration or animation chops
✅ Experience with Adobe CS or planogram software is a plus
