The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support our Sydney Support Office in a full-time, permanent role. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth and excellence across our operations.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions
✅ Create business requirements documents and support business cases
✅ Ensure systems and processes meet regulatory and business policy requirements
✅ Manage development life cycles and delivery of projects
✅ Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
What you will need:
💬 Strong analytical and communication skills
📊 Experience in business analysis, process improvement, and project management
⏰ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
🤝 Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
🛍️ Retail experience or similar industry background preferred
