The Role:
We’re seeking a Project Management Officer (PMO) to lead and support new store openings across our growing network. Based at our Sydney Support Office, you’ll play a key role in coordinating projects, streamlining operations, and helping deliver exciting new retail spaces that enhance the traveller experience.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same – perfect for someone who thrives on organisation, communication, and bringing ideas to life.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Lead and coordinate the successful delivery of new store openings across Australia and New Zealand
✅ Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time, within-budget completion
✅ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and external partners
✅ Provide back-office and administrative support, including supplier onboarding and contract management
✅ Manage procurement, local buying, and logistics to ensure smooth operations
✅ Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
✅ Drive efficiency improvements and process enhancements within our project management framework
Qualifications and Experience:
📊 Proven experience in project management, ideally within retail or a fast-paced commercial environment
🖥️ Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and methodologies
📈 Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
🤝 Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
🔍 Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities
