The Role:
Offering a wide range of products including newspapers, books, magazines, stationery, and confectionery our Relay store is a one shop destination to surprise and delight our travellers.
We’re looking for Casual Retail Assistants to join our team at Ballina Airport. If you love customer service, fast-paced environments, and making shopping fun, this is your chance to shine!
*A genuine interest in books advantageous!
*Great availability Mon through Sun AM/PM shifts prioritised
What You’ll Do:
✅ Deliver outstanding customer service & expert product recommendations
✅ Stay ahead of trends with ongoing professional training
✅ Keep the store looking vibrant & well-stocked
✅ Process transactions smoothly & efficiently
✅ Assist customers with queries in a friendly, professional manner
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Passion for customer service & sales
✅ Confident communicator with a positive attitude
✅ Well-groomed & professionally presented
✅ Retail/ customer service experience
✅ Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays)
✅ Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
