The Role:
As our Data & Inventory Manager – Food Services, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence across our Food & Beverage portfolio.
Reporting to the Head of Foodservice, you’ll lead the integrity, optimisation and continuous improvement of inventory systems, ERP platforms and POS networks that power our stores. With your strong store-level operational experience, you’ll ensure our systems support accurate financial reporting, seamless purchasing processes, efficient POS functionality and outstanding customer service delivery.
This position is offered as an initial 12-month contract aligned with the development and opening phase of multiple additional Food & Beverage venues. High performing candidates may be considered for ongoing or permanent opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Oversee inventory data integrity across Food Services stores, ensuring accurate reporting of sales, COGS, wastage and shrinkage
✅ Monitor and guide cycle counts, investigate discrepancies and deliver targeted training to improve store accuracy
✅ Act as the subject matter expert for ERP, POS and Food Services systems (Business Central, EBX, TCPOS and related platforms)
✅ Optimise POS layouts and configurations to enhance transaction speed and in-store efficiency
✅ Lead and support system migrations and technology enhancements, ensuring operational continuity and data integrity
✅ Partner with IT, Finance, Commercial and Store teams to deliver system improvements and drive business performance
Qualifications & Experience
✅ Strong store-level operational experience within Food & Beverage
✅ Proven background in inventory management with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
✅ Hands-on experience with ERP systems and understanding of accounting principles
✅ Experience configuring and supporting POS systems (QR ordering, kiosks preferred)
✅ Ability to analyse complex data, identify system gaps and implement practical solutions
✅ Confident communicator with the ability to train and influence stakeholders across all levels
