The Role:
We are launching our newest and largest Food & Beverage precinct at Sunshine Coast Airport — and we’re looking for 38 energetic Food & Beverage Team Members to join us!
Over the next 12 months we will be bringing to life a diverse portfolio of food and beverage concepts, including:
- An all-day Bar & Dining destination showcasing an extensive range of locally sourced produce.
- An Asian QSR concept featuring in house made dumplings and fresh sushi.
- An Elevated Burger QSR complemented by an innovative self-serve pay by weight dessert bar.
- A Premium Salad & Health Bar focused on fresh ingredients and 100% product traceability.
- Multiple Coffee and Café concepts offering quality coffee alongside a curated range of grab and go items
As one of our Front of House Teams, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced airport environment.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Provide friendly, efficient customer service
✅ Take orders and process transactions
✅ Prepare and serve food and beverages
✅ Make barista-quality coffee (where applicable)
✅ Pour / Make a range of alcoholic beverages including Tap Beers / Wines / Cocktails (where applicable)
✅ Maintain clean and safe dining areas
✅ Support your team during busy service periods
✅ Ensure compliance with RSA, food safety, and airport standards
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience in hospitality, cafés, restaurants, or retail (preferred but not essential)
✅ Positive attitude with a passion for customer service
✅ Confident communicator with strong teamwork skills
✅ The availability to either work AM or PM shifts, we have somethign for everyone.
✅ RSA certification (or willingness to obtain)
✅ Ability to obtain an ASIC
