The Role:

We’re looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals who love connecting with people and delivering great service to join our casual team at Auckland Airport.

Our Merino stores give customers the chance to take home some of New Zealand and the world’s most luxurious products.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with customers and make every interaction memorable

• Work in a fast-paced environment and support your team

• Maintain excellent presentation and communication standards

• Be adaptable and reliable across a rotating roster, which may include early mornings, late nights, and weekends

• Help create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both customers and colleagues

Bonus: Preference will be given to candidates who can speak Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese.
