The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment across our fast-paced, multi-site retail environment. You will also lead and mentor 1 x Talent Acquisition Partner, ensuring the team delivers high-quality recruitment outcomes.
Partnering closely with senior leaders and HR Business Partners, you will develop hiring strategies that support business growth while ensuring the organisation attracts and hires talented people across retail operations, support functions and leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
✅Lead end-to-end recruitment across retail, support office and leadership roles
✅Deliver high-volume recruitment campaigns across multiple locations
✅Build proactive talent pipelines for critical roles
✅Partner with leaders to improve recruitment capability and hiring decisions
✅Strengthen employer brand and attraction strategies
✅Manage and optimise recruitment systems including PageUp
✅Provide recruitment insights and reporting to support monthly and quarterly business reviews
About You
✅Proven experience in Talent Acquisition within retail, hospitality or multi-site environments
✅Strong experience managing high-volume recruitment
✅Skilled in stakeholder engagement and influencing leaders
✅Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ideally PageUp)
✅Data-driven with the ability to use recruitment insights to improve outcomes
