The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment across our fast-paced, multi-site retail environment. You will also mentor and support 1x Talent Acquisition Partner, ensuring the team delivers high-quality recruitment outcomes across the organisation.

With your strong background in luxury retail, high-volume sourcing, and stakeholder management, you’ll partner with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and Retail & Hospitality Operations teams to deliver effective hiring strategies that support business growth.

You’ll also collaborate regularly with our Global Head Office teams in Paris on recruitment practices, processes and talent insights, so French language skills are highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead end-to-end recruitment across retail, support office and leadership roles
✅ Deliver high-volume recruitment campaigns across Australia & New Zealand
✅ Build strong partnerships across the business
✅ Provide consultative recruitment guidance and market insights
✅ Strengthen employer brand and attraction strategies
✅ Manage & optimise recruitment systems (ideally PageUp)
✅ Provide recruitment insights, KPIs and reporting to support business reviews
✅ Partner closely with Global Talent teams in Paris, aligning on standards, tools and best practice (French language skills highly regarded)


About You

✅ Proven experience in Talent Acquisition within luxury retail, multi-site retail, hospitality or fast-paced commercial environments
✅ Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment at scale, including support office and retail roles
✅ Skilled in stakeholder engagement across complex, multi-functional environments
✅ Experience coaching and guiding hiring managers through the recruitment process
✅ Data-driven with strong ability to interpret recruitment KPIs and optimise outcomes
✅ Outstanding sourcing experience across job boards, LinkedIn, and direct search
✅ Exceptional interpersonal skills – reliable, organised, autonomous and empathetic
✅ Ability to liaise effectively with Global Head Office in Paris on recruitment processes, tools and reporting
✅ French language skills highly regarded; English fluency essential
