The Role:
Hills Bar & Kitchen brings the local flavour of the Adelaide Hills to the gates of Adelaide Airport! Showcasing local producers and a range of Market Street Bakery pastries, sandwiches, bar snacks and pizzas (topped with only the finest local ingredients), ready to enjoy with a Cirelli Coffee, tap beer, South Australian wine, or local craft spirit before you fly!
We’re looking for energetic Casual Café Assistants to join our vibrant Hills Bar & Kitchen at Adelaide Airport. If you thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, and love serving up great food and beverages with a side of good vibes – this is your runway to something exciting!
*Availability for at least 4 days p/week especially for early mornings/ weekends highly desirable! ✅
*The store operates at the airport 5:00am to 10:30pm
What You’ll Do:
✅ Deliver outstanding customer service with a warm, welcoming approach
✅ Take orders, prepare food & beverages, and keep things running smoothly
✅ Work collaboratively with a fun and hardworking team
✅ Keep the café sparkling and service standards sky-high
✅ Help travellers feel right at home – no matter how early or late the hour!
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience in a café or hospitality role (bonus if you’ve worked with food & coffee!)
✅ RSA certificate or willing to get one before starting
✅ Food Safety Certificate
✅ Well-groomed & professionally presented
✅ A positive, “can-do” attitude and love for customer interaction
✅ Reliable car/transport to the airport
✅ Availability to work a mixture of shifts early morning and late nights
✅ Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
