The Role:
Covering an impressive 700 square metres, this is the largest RELAY store in the Southern Hemisphere, and it's packed with an incredible range of products.

We’re looking for Casual Retail Assistants to join our team at Darwin Airport. If you love customer service, fast-paced environments, and making shopping fun, this is your chance to shine!
*As the store operates 24/7 - great availability across mornings/afternoons/evenings highly regarded! ✅
*Need availability for 11:00AM-6:00PM, 11:00PM-4:00AM especially
What You’ll Do:
✅ Deliver outstanding customer service & expert product recommendations
✅ Stay ahead of trends with ongoing professional training
✅ Keep the store looking vibrant & well-stocked
✅ Process transactions smoothly & efficiently
✅ Assist customers with queries in a friendly, professional manner
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Passion for customer service & sales
✅ Confident communicator with a positive attitude
✅ Well-groomed & professionally presented
✅ Retail experience? Great! But not essential—we’ll train you!
✅ Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays)
✅ Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
