The Role:
Our Relay store offers a range of endless selection of in-flight reading options, from the latest newspapers, business, sports, or lifestyle magazines, or a new novel to sink your teeth in to. The latest range of best selling books are always circulating in Relay, ready for you to pick up before your flight. Looking to upgrade your tech before boarding? Relay features a mix of tech-accessories from headphones, chargers and other gadgets to help you cure your boredom. Finally, grab some snacks or drinks to curb any in-flight hunger that might pop up with Relay's wide range of treats.
We’re looking for Casual Retail Assistants to join our team at Cairns Airport. If you love customer service, fast-paced environments, and making shopping fun, this is your chance to shine!
*Available for at least 2-3 days per week
*Availability for both early mornings/late-night shifts would be a big bonus! ✅
What You’ll Do:
✅ Deliver outstanding customer service & expert product recommendations
✅ Stay ahead of trends with ongoing professional training
✅ Keep the store looking vibrant & well-stocked
✅ Process transactions smoothly & efficiently
✅ Assist customers with queries in a friendly, professional manner
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Passion for customer service & sales
✅ Confident communicator with a positive attitude
✅ Well-groomed & professionally presented
✅ Retail experience? Great! But not essential—we’ll train you!
✅ Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays)
✅ Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
