The Role:
Hills Bar & Kitchen brings the best of the Adelaide Hills straight to Adelaide Airport! Think flaky Market Street Bakery pastries, gourmet sandwiches, wood-fired pizzas topped with premium local produce, and bar snacks that hit the spot — all perfectly paired with a Cirelli Coffee, a crisp tap beer, a glass of South Australian wine, or a splash of local craft spirit.
We’re on the lookout for a Full Time Assistant Store Manager at Adelaide Airport! If you love creating unforgettable customer experiences, thrive in a fast-paced retail space, and want to grow your leadership skills – this is your chance to shine.
*Predominately 2:00PM-10:30PM roster (some variability with last flights etc)
*Wednesday/Thursday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday shift pattern
What You’ll Do:
✅ Lead from the front – be the go-to person for support and motivation
✅ Deliver magical moments for customers with every interaction
✅ Support the Store Manager in driving performance and team engagement
✅ Set high standards in presentation and service – and walk the talk
✅ Give meaningful feedback and coaching to help your team grow
✅ Help create a respectful, connected team culture
✅ Step up when needed – be confident managing store operations
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience in a similar supervisory role in a high-energy hospitality environment
✅ Knowing how to make cocktails a big bonus
✅ Strong communication skills and a natural ability to lead
✅ Confidence to take initiative and own your role
✅ A “hands-on” leader who thrives in a team setting with a great bubbly attitude
✅ Flexibility to work across rotating shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends & public holidays)
✅ Valid working rights & eligibility to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
