The Role:

Lagardère AWPL offers world-class duty-free and retail shopping at Darwin International Airport. Lagardère AWPL specialise in operating stores in airports and transport hubs. 

We’re looking for Casual Retail Assistants to join our team at Darwin Airport. If you love customer service, fast-paced environments, and making shopping fun and look great doing it in a duty-free environment, this is your chance to shine!

*Ability to speak Indonesian for our Bali & Deli flights highly desirable! ✅
*Availability for 5:00am starts and/or late night shifts that can finish at 3:00am highly desirable! ✅
*Must be available for some weekday (mon-fri) shifts

What You’ll Do:
✅ Deliver outstanding customer service & expert product recommendations
✅ Stay ahead of trends with ongoing professional training
✅ Keep the store looking vibrant & well-stocked
✅ Process transactions smoothly & efficiently
✅ Assist customers with queries in a friendly, professional manner

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Passion for customer service & sales
✅ A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate or willingness to get one
✅ Confident communicator with a positive attitude
✅ Well-groomed & professionally presented 
✅ Retail experience or customer service
✅ Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays)
✅ Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
