The Role:

Relay is your easy stop for your travel essentials on the go. With a wide range of drinks, snacks, and everyday must haves, plus friendly staff to help you out, it's convenience made simple - just what you need, right when you need it.

We’re looking for an energetic and committed Full-Time Store Manager to join our team at Melbourne's Flinders Street Station. If you love leading from the front, creating outstanding customer experiences, and developing high-performing teams – this is your runway to success.

*Previous supervisory/managerial experience working night shifts in convenience or petrol station stores advantageous ✅

What You’ll Do:
✅ Be the face of the store – set the standard for service and style
✅ Create meaningful connections with customers – every transaction counts
✅ Lead, coach, and inspire your team to hit targets and shine
Manage store operations and accountability and attention to detail
✅ Uphold exceptional presentation and brand standards
✅ Foster a respectful, values-led culture every day

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience in a similar leadership role in a high-energy retail environment
✅ Strong communication and coaching abilities
Confidence and resilience in a busy environment
✅ A “hands-on” leader who thrives in a team setting
✅ Flexibility to work across rotating shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends & public holidays)
✅ Valid working rights
