The Role:
Relay is an iconic international brand with more than 1,300 stores in 20 countries worldwide. Discover a travellers' paradise of books, magazines, snacks, stationery, travel accessories and much more, all carefully curated to enhance your journey. Relay also offers Lotto and all your luggage needs including wrapping and storage. Whether you’re hopping between islands or looking for something to keep your mind busy on a long haul flight, Relay is sure to have something tailored to you.
We’re looking for Part-Time Retail Assistants to join our team at Christchurch Airport. If you love customer service, fast-paced environments, and making shopping fun, this is your chance to shine!
*We need availability to fill a mix of the below shifts
3.00am - 7.00am
10.30am to 7.00pm
11.30am - 8.00pm
2.00pm to 9.00pm
What You’ll Do:
✅ Deliver outstanding customer service & expert product recommendations
✅ Stay ahead of trends with ongoing professional training
✅ Keep the store looking vibrant & well-stocked
✅ Process transactions smoothly & efficiently
✅ Assist customers with queries in a friendly, professional manner
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Passion for customer service & sales
✅ Confident communicator with a positive attitude
✅ Well-groomed & professionally presented
✅ Retail experience? Great! But not essential—we’ll train you!
✅ Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays)
✅ Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
