The Role:

Join our dynamic sales team in Adelaide Airport! 

We’re looking for a casual Retail Assistant to join our Departures' Duty-Free sales team at Adelaide Airport. If you love customer service, fast-paced environments, and making shopping fun, this is your chance to shine! 

What You’ll Do: 
Working across different categories of products including liquor, fragrances, cosmetics and souvenirs, you will be responsible for: 

✅ Delivering outstanding customer service & expert product recommendations
✅ Keeping the store looking vibrant & well-stocked
✅ Processing transactions smoothly & efficiently
✅ Assisting customers with queries in a friendly, professional manner 

According to flights schedule, shifts may start from 4.30am and end to 10.30pm.

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Strong sales skills and proven experience in retail
✅ Passion for customer service
✅ Confident communicator with a positive attitude
✅ Flexible availability on weekdays (early mornings, nights)
✅ Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
