The Role:

As the WSI Airport Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and overall effective performance of the warehouse. Working as part of a broader management team, you will ensure that overall performance targets are achieved in relation to profit contribution, quality, and landlord expectations.

What You’ll Do:
✅ Lead and manage all warehouse operations, inventory control, stock movements, and replenishment activities.
✅ Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse and store support teams.
✅ Manage rostering, payroll administration, leave approvals, recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews.
✅ Monitor operational costs, labour budgets, and profitability targets.
✅ Ensure compliance with safety, HR, company policies, and loss prevention procedures.
✅ Maintain accurate inventory records, reporting, invoicing, and stocktake processes.
✅ Support merchandising standards, promotional activities, and product availability.
✅ Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
✅ Drive a safe, productive, and positive workplace culture.


What We’re Looking For:

✅ Previous experience in inventory management leadership roles.
✅ Strong people management and team development skills.
✅ Experience in KPI and performance management.
✅ Logistics and supply chain knowledge
✅ Strong understanding of stock control systems, inventory management, and reporting.
✅ High attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
✅ Commitment to workplace safety, compliance, and customer service excellence.
✅ Valid ASIC/AVSEC pass (or eligibility to obtain and maintain).
✅ Availability for open/close, weekends, and public holidays is expected
