Are you driven by the opportunity to shape fair, high-performing workplaces, and support leaders through complex employee relations matters? We’re looking for a confident and experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our team and take full ownership of a dynamic portfolio.
In this permanent role based in Newstead, you’ll act as a trusted strategic advisor to leaders across a diverse and geographically dispersed workforce. Working closely with our IR/ER Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering expert guidance on a broad range of employee relations issues, contributing to a positive and compliant workplace culture.

About the Role
You’ll take ownership of a wide range of ER matters, offering expert advice and hands-on support in areas such as:
- Providing clear and confident guidance on employment instruments, company policies, and current legislation.
- Coaching leaders through performance management, conduct issues, and disciplinary processes.
- Leading or supporting investigations into workplace concerns with a focus on integrity and fairness.
- Delivering insights through data and reporting to drive informed decision-making.
- Managing grievances with a balanced and solutions-focused approach.
- Contributing to change management and broader ER-related projects across the organisation.
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings both expertise and a genuine passion for people and workplace fairness. You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Solid experience in ER or HR advisory roles, with a strong grasp of employment law and best-practice ER principles
- Confidence to coach, influence, and build trust at all levels of the organisation
- Adaptability, strong communication skills, and a practical, solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent prioritisation skills and ability to multi-task
- A natural curiosity and drive for continuous improvement in how organisations manage and support their people
- You’ll confidently leverage Excel to analyse ER data, input information and generate reports
