Job Summary

ECTC is seeking an Architectural Project Coordinator to maintain and oversee building automation. Assists in the coordination of special facilities projects, guardian of roof warranties and equipment replacement schedules, facility setup, and basic maintenance duties.

Job Duties:

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Facilitate repairs, restorations, and campus upgrades to facilities.
• Estimate the total cost for the project and calculate the materials needed to complete the project.
• Utilize professional experience to advise regarding repairs for structural, masonry, roofs, lighting, paving, sewer, electrical, and equipment throughout the campus.
• Track project performance.
• Prepare status reports for management, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Communicate deliverables that directly impact the project's critical path.
• Warranty Manager for (Roofs, Lighting, Equipment).
• Supervise installations and ensure OSHA safety requirements are followed.
• Utilities tracking (water, gas, electrical).
• Blueprints, as built, site plan reference.
• Preventative maintenance projects (Proposals, Requisitions, Insurance claims).
• Advising the Chief Operations Officer (Deferred Maintenance List)
• Manage HVAC full maintenance contract (E-town, Springfield, and Leitchfield).
• Service calls, T&M approvals, and invoice oversight.
• Manage building automation system (monitor for peak performance).
• First responder to all HVAC complaints (email, phone, work order system).
• Coordinate and communicate repair work with all stakeholders.
• Master schedule adjustment according to occupancy.
• Scheduling of after-hours special events (HVAC master schedule)
• Advise and help resolve difficult-to-solve problems or repairs.
• Assign work orders for life safety repairs.
• Supervise the installation of light electrical work.
• Assist in diagnosing & assist with facilitating repairs throughout campus.
• Sewer, HVAC, paint schedule, floor covering, furniture, fire, elevator, pumps, sealants, equipment, (owner training).
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
