Job Summary

Job Duties:
Supports marketing and communications activities in areas related to public relations, internal communications, social media, advertising/digital marketing, advancement materials, and strategic enrollment management plans to support the institution's goals.
• Assists in editing a range of materials for use by internal and external audiences. • Ensures promotional materials are maintained and modified as directed. • Evaluates, research, and documents content sources according to established policies and procedures. • Manages the college’s social media channels & assists with digital marketing. • Provides graphic design support working from the KCTCS Brand guide. • Support special events for internal and external audiences. • Assists with the promotion of Workforce Solutions programming. • Other duties may include video creation, photography, event planning, web updates, and other marketing support.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree and two-four years related work experience, or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s degree preferred.
