Job Summary
The Workforce Liaison III – GEO Project Director serves as the primary leader for the Generating Energy Optimization (GEO) Project, fostering partnerships with industry and business leaders to address local economic needs through collaboration with program administration. This position plays a pivotal role in enhancing workforce development programs, ensuring grant objectives are met, and driving innovative solutions to meet evolving labor market demands. Grant funded for 3 years.

Job Duties:
o Collaborate with employers, community leaders, and educational stakeholders to address workforce gaps. o Contribute to the creation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of workforce development programs. o Gather and analyze feedback from stakeholders to align training programs with industry needs. o Prepare reports and recommendations to guide program development and strategic planning. o Oversee all GEO Project grant deliverables and ensure compliance with funding requirements. o Supervise assigned staff, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative team environment. o Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure fiscal accountability.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
