Job Duties:
Graphic Design • Develop visually engaging graphics for events, programs, recruitment efforts, and general outreach. • Create brochures, flyers, and promotional materials that align with brand standards. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to interpret ideas and translate them into intuitive, appealing designs.
Digital Content & Social Media Management • Produce content, posts, and pages that attract and engage target audiences. • Create enrollment-focused social media graphics and maintain a consistent posting schedule. • Track and report on engagement metrics as part of enrollment centered goals.
Brand Monitoring & Reputation Awareness • Monitor brand- and product-related conversations across multiple platforms. • Assist in maintaining a cohesive and accurate representation of the college’s brand.
Web & SEO Engagement • Increase traffic across social media and website channels. • Analyze user activity and engagement trends. • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics to improve online reach.
Additional Duties • Support PR functions including occasional writing of press releases. • Participate in crisis management and communications groups as needed. • Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental operations.
