Job Summary
Provide administrative and operational support to the Applied Technologies Division by assisting the Dean, faculty, and students, coordinating divisional processes, and promoting an efficient, student-centered learning environment.

Job Duties:
The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative, operational, and customer service support for the Applied Technologies Division by assisting the Dean, faculty, students, prospective students, and community partners while ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the division. The Applied Technologies Division operates across three locations: the WKCTC Main Campus, the Purchase Area Training Center (PATC), and the Skilled Craft Training Center (SCTC) in Mayfield. This position supports all divisional locations and is expected to maintain a regular on-site presence at the Mayfield facilities, with a minimum of one day per week dedicated to providing administrative support at PATC and SCTC. Regular travel between division locations is an essential function of this position.
Primary responsibilities include providing information to prospective and current students through phone, email, and in-person communication; purchasing supplies and equipment and assisting with departmental budget management; collecting, maintaining, and reporting statistical data for the division; preparing reports and documentation to support program accreditation and compliance activities; supervising division work-study students and maintaining time records; scheduling and/or proctoring end-of-program student examinations; assisting with the development and maintenance of program guides and other student-facing materials; attending division meetings and program advisory committee meetings and preparing meeting agendas and minutes; and performing other duties as assigned by the Dean.

Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's Degree or High School Diploma and 2 years experience
