Job Summary
ECTC is seeking a Placement and Assessment Specialist III to support the daily operation of the Assessment Center. This position administers assessments, enters and reviews data, ensures program compliance, answers data-related questions, and analyzes processes and reports to improve program effectiveness and efficiency. The position requires independent judgment, precision, compliance, and continuous improvement to maintain testing integrity and protect the center’s authorization to administer exams.

Job Duties:
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Provides daily operational oversight of the Assessment Center.
• Administers and proctors placement, admission, certification, and professional exams.
• Coordinates testing platforms, schedules, and availability.
• Troubleshoots testing software, equipment, and platform issues.
• Ensures compliance with testing-partner policies and security requirements.
• Maintains accurate testing records, documentation, and data.
• Handles testing irregularities and suspected misconduct according to protocol.
• Identifies process improvements for candidates, proctors, and operations.
• Anticipates operational needs and takes action independently.
• Maintains an audit-ready, compliant testing environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience; may require an advanced degree (Master’s, PhD, etc.). Typical years of relevant experience: 4-6
|
