Job Summary

ECTC is seeking a Culinary adjunct instructor to teach and engage students in the culinary arts program. The assignment may include some evening and weekend hours, as well as teaching at all ECTC satellite campuses. Candidates must possess a strong commitment to teaching and learning, working with diverse populations, and growing the College’s mission and vision.

Position Requirements:
Education: Associate Degree in Culinary Arts and a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience.
 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Provide hands-on instruction in food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Demonstrate professional cooking methods and industry best practices.
• Promote food safety, sanitation, and kitchen management.
• Share real-world industry experience to prepare students for culinary careers.
• Create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
