Urban Nutrient Management Coordinator Multiple Locations
Oversee the coordination of DCRs Urban Nutrient Management Program. Support the writing, implementation, and verification of Urban Nutrient Management Plans. Implement training and certification of new, current, and future Urban Nutrient Management Planners. Review Urban Nutrient Management Plans and provide feedback to improve plan quality. Provide technical assistance and serve as the lead on all Urban Nutrient Management issues. Build relationships with private sector planners, other agencies, and stakeholders to encourage expansion of Urban Nutrient Management. Support the DCRs effort to meet Virginia's Watershed Implementation Plan goals. Work as an integrated team member in support of DCR’s nonpoint source pollution (NPS) reduction efforts.

Northern Virginia Mental Health Institute is seeking a qualified dynamic expressive therapist to serve as the Expressive Therapy Supervisor, working within the Psychosocial Rehabilitation Department. The Expressive Therapy Department is comprised of Art, Music, and Dance/Movement therapists. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded individual who demonstrates enthusiasm for serving individuals with major mental health conditions, experience supervising expressive therapists, and leading expressive therapy program initiatives. This candidate should be competent and efficient in building and maintaining an expressive therapy program, evaluating program effectiveness, facilitating groups, coordinating a large expressive therapy programming schedule, and serving as a PSR representative on facility committees. Additionally, the candidate has good working knowledge of standards set by TJC and CMS, as they may be called upon to help ensure compliance with PSR assessments and treatment plans and will act as the PSR Director’s designee at times. A degree in an expressive arts modality (Art, Music or Dance/Movement) from an accredited college/university is required. A current practice credential in an expressive arts therapy is required. A graduate degree, management training and experience supervising staff, and interns in a mental health setting is preferred.
