Job Duties

The Department of Economics and Business at the Virginia Military Institute (VMI) invites applications for a faculty position starting January 2025. The successful candidate must demonstrate a commitment to teaching at the undergraduate level and have a desire to join an interdisciplinary department. They will be required to teach a class in Organizational Theory and Behavior.

Minimum Qualifications

The successful candidate must have excellent teaching and communication skills. The following are the requirements and responsibilities associated with the position:
• Adjunct Instructor (Part-Time)
Responsibilities: Teach an Organizational Theory and Behavior class.
Requirements: Candidates must have a PhD in organizational theory and behavior, or at least 18 graduate hours in this or a closely related field, with professional certification and at least five years of work experience in the field.
