Are you a dynamic and detail-oriented professional looking to make a significant impact in the world of service transition. The Virginia IT Agency (VITA) is seeking a talented Service Transition Analyst to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring a seamless transition of services.

Minimum Qualifications

Knowledge and experience of information technology service delivery.

Knowledge of requirements gathering processes.

Knowledge of data analysis methodologies, processes, and best practices.

Experience fostering and building relationships with internal and external customers.

Effectively work multiple activities with competing priorities.

Communicating information and ideas effectively as well as listen and understand information and ideas presented by others.

Comprehend information and ideas presented in writing and effectively communication information and ideas in writing.

Proven ability to plan, implement, and continuously improve programs and associated processes.

Ability to motivate coworkers to achieve superior performance and results.

Experience utilizing Microsoft 365.

Additional Considerations

Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification and experience desired.

Knowledge of basic project management principles and practices to achieve business objectives desired.

Knowledge of data analysis and demand management methodologies, processes, and best practices desired.

Experience with VITA’s IT infrastructure services provided to executive branch agencies desired.

Knowledge of proposal preparation and business case development processes.

Knowledge of change management, demand management, marketing, and communications.
