Job Duties
The Deputy Clerk, Operations Support, Traffic Court Processing (Grade 8), is assigned operational responsibilities in a high volume, fast-paced office with frequent deadlines. This position is responsible for accurate data entry, scanning and filing court cases, attaching case paperwork, and supporting special projects.
This position offers a competitive benefits package, which includes vacation and sick leave and 12 paid holidays.
All employees receive a 15% county salary supplement in addition to the state salary.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, entering traffic summonses and witness subpoenas, filing continued and finished court cases, scanning case paperwork, attaching case papers, and supporting copy requests and other ad-hoc project assignments.
Minimum Qualifications

Additional Considerations
Work hours are Monday through Friday @ 4 hours each day between the hours of 8:00AM – 4:00PM. Specific times will be coordinated with the staff member upon hiring.
