Job Duties
Oversees scheduling, ordering, and technical performance of organizations health
services programs.
Participates in proposal development, contract negotiation and contract compliance.
Ensures master health care plans and schedules are followed, developing solutions to program challenges, and directing others for successful completion of project(s) and program(s) on time and on budget.
Minimum Qualifications
Extensive knowledge of healthcare clinic operations, administration, and staff management
Prior work experience in a healthcare field with relevant management practices and principles
Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple projects and/or programs and their respective resources to accomplish strategic healthcare needs to include staff and patient scheduling, integration of multiple clinical units’ operations, coordination with external consultants/health systems, and office management
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
Prior work experience in planning, organizing, and/or implementing activities of an inpatient and/or outpatient clinical unit
Additional Considerations
Practical work in a correctional setting. Previous work experience in operationalizing elements of a clinical practice
