Job Duties

PROVIDE ACTIVITIES/GROUPS TO MEET THE PSYCHIATRIC AND PHYSICAL NEEDS OF OUR PATIENTS. PLAN AND IMPLEMENT ACTIVITIES/GROUPS FOR THE ADULT PATIENT. ENSURE THAT ALL PATIENTS RECEIVE THE HIGHEST QUALITY OF CARE. THIS POSITION IS CONSIDERED ESSENTIAL PERSONNEL AND WOULD BE REQUIRED TO WORK IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY OR FACILITY NEED. ALL ESH POSITIONS ARE REQUIRED TO WORK DIFFERENT SHIFTS AND/OR OVERTIME AS REQUESTED.


The position is considered essential personnel and would be required to work in the event of an emergency or facility need. All ESH positions are required to work different shifts and/or overtime as requested.

Minimum Qualifications

Ability to act in the capacity of essential personnel during emergency/crisis situations. Demonstrate good oral and written skills and abilities for communication. Ability to collaborate, problem solve and motivate patients. Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and disciplines.

Demonstrate good clinical reasoning skills to think critically in situations that require managing priorities and formulating and implementing broad based actions and individualized interventions in complex situations. Knowledge of basic computer skills e.g., email, word processing, etc. Experience electronic heathcare records preferred
