Job Duties
The training coordinator will provide needed administrative support for VVFS Quality Assurance and Training Manager. This position will assist with developing and scheduling staff training, as well as tracking staff training to ensure compliance. This role will assist with all new VVFS staff onboarding procedures to include providing new staff training, equipment set up, and assigning ongoing employee training and education. This role will assist with monthly Military Culture Competency trainings given by VVFS staff by ensuring needed coverage for technical support, as well as administrative work related to scheduling these trainings. This will allow for much needed added capacity for the Quality Assurance and Training Manager to focus on QA of client services, operations with the Gold Standard Digital Hub, and ongoing needs with the CRM.
Minimum Qualifications
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks with accuracy. Ability to independently move forward assigned projects and complete within designated time frame. Ability to provide training material to both staff and the public, comfort with public speaking skills. Experience with developing training material tailored to a specific population. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills required. Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office Suites (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Driver's license required and own transportation.
Additional Considerations
In addition to the minimum qualifications listed above, knowledge of working with a veteran population preferred.
