Job Duties
This position is a three-day a week tram/shuttle driver for a busy open-air living history Museum. Drive the golf/cart tram around the historic site as assigned to transport guests to exhibits, give basic information and *interact in a pleasant manner with guests. Work Mondays and Tuesdays from 9-5 Wednesday from 12-5 from April through mid-December. Also work occasional festival or events dates on a weekend or another busy day as needed. Minimum Qualifications
Valid Virginia driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to keep a positive professional demeanor and conversation with guests, volunteers and other staff, and help make the daily operations of the Museum run smoothly by transporting guests around the site. Present a neat, tidy appearance and be able to work in a variety of weather conditions if needed. Three strong current personal or job references required.
Additional Considerations
Experience in working with the public or in customer service.
