Job Duties

Virginia Military Institute (NCAA Division I) is accepting applications for a full-time Assistant Football Coaches.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will assist with organizing and directing all phases of the Football program, to include the recruitment of student-athletes, coordination of team travel and other administrative duties as assigned by the Head Football Coach while following the rules of VMI, the Southern Conference, and NCAA. Instructs student athletes in playing techniques and skills, the subtleties of game rules and collaborative team drills.

Minimum Qualifications

Must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree as well as significant coaching experience and college coursework.

Additional Considerations

Experience in coaching and recruiting at the college or university level desired.
