Job Duties
The SPCC Administrator will oversee the agency’s small purchase charge card program, maintain accurate records in the Bank of America Works system related to credit card transactions for cardholders, review transactions, audit documentation, work with cardholders when issues arise with transactions, perform reconciliations, and maintain accurate records to support transactions and APA audit inquiry. This position will also serve as backup for other financial department duties as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience working with Bank of America Works.
Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
Skilled in spreadsheet applications using Microsoft Excel.
Skilled in the use of Microsoft Word.
Ability to compile financial data in a spreadsheet application to reflect financial status.
Knowledge of eVA and approvals.
Knowledge of Works online reconciliation process.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated problem solving skills.
Additional Considerations
Accounting experience. Experience meeting established deadlines (daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual). Virginia Contracting Associate Certification (VCA). SPCC Program Administrator experience. Knowledge of training necessary for Program Administrator, Cardholder, Approver, Accountant and Scoped Accountant.
