Job Duties
• Assist the Head Coach with administrative tasks, calendar management, and program communications.
• Coordinate travel logistics for team trips, including transportation, lodging, meals, and itineraries.
• Manage scheduling for practices, meetings, and facility usage.
• Serve as a liaison with various athletic department units including compliance, academics, athletic training, and equipment.
• Support recruitment activities by managing visit itineraries and maintaining recruiting databases.
• Track and organize team expenses, travel reports, and other budgetary items.
• Assist with the planning and execution of camps, clinics, and community engagement events.
• Facilitate the distribution of team gear, uniforms, and practice equipment.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold NCAA, conference, and university rules and regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head Coach or Athletics Administration.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC)
Additional Considerations
• NCAA Division I playing or coaching experience.
• Familiarity with NCAA rules and regulations.
